The brand was having a good offline presence but they were finding it very difficult to scale their online sales. They did test paid ads before, but it wasn't a success for them.
Gladly, we were able to help them generate an average of €20,000 per month, making it total to €160,000 in 8 months with an average ROAS of 8X-9X. Their Offline Presence played an Imp Role in Achieving this ROAS. While other factors were, Offer based & Emotional Touchpoint Creative Strategy. We also tested UGC's but it didn't work out much.
The Product was tested and proven, the team personally Loved the Product, but seeing their Revenue Numbers made us a little sad. Founder was willing to spend decent amount, but lacking the Creative Ideation to reach the Target Audience.
What Next?
We planned 5 different Ad Angles of the Possible Interested Buyers, and tadaaaa, Made few killer performance creatives on the same ad angles. Took a while to reach target numbers, but it was a win, some of those winners are still performing even after 120 days of running live.
